Signs point toward Vick jail time
This whole Michael Vick mess is just that — a big, fat mess!
First you have the rumors of alleged dog-fighting and dog-killings. Then you have the Federal indictments alleging conspiracy to commit dog -fighting and -killing.
Then you have leaked information about federal investigators showing up on Vick’s property finding dozens of dog remains on-site, some of which have apparently been brutally killed.
Then Nike pulled its endorsement contract, and the National Football League said, “Don’t bother showing up to pre-season camp,” as he has been “suspended” indefinitely.
Now Vick’s “former” friends have all copped plea deals and agreed to testify against him.
When is it all gonna end? Probably as early as this Friday, as that’s the date that the Federal prosecutors have given Vick to enter a plea bargin agreement. Otherwise (they claim), they’re going to the mat on this deal.
Personally, I think he cuts a deal. But . . . we’ll see.
